Reservation Policy
A credit card or full cash payment is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking. Credit card payment will be processed 48 hours prior to trip departure. For groups of 8 or more, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and full payment is required 7 days prior to trip departure.
Cancellation Policy
Wild Water Adventures offers a generous 24-hour cancellation policy. To cancel your trip simply let Wild Water Adventures know 24 hours prior to your trip departure and your money will be refunded. Regrettably no refunds or alternate dates will be given if you cancel your trip within 24 hours of trip departure, or if you miss your trip or arrive after your scheduled departure time. (7 days for groups of 8 or more.)
