Mildwater Float Trip High in Rocky Mountain National Park, the Rockies give birth to the legendary Colorado River. Downstream of the park, the Colorado grows into a clear, gently flowing river that is friendly and inviting to people of all ages. You will float through small rapids such as Needle Eye and Yarmony. On the second day of the two-day trip, you emerge into rolling ranchland ringed with the high mountains of the Gore Range. There is time for sunbathing, swimming or just relaxing during this one or two-day escape form the rigors of everyday life. One-day trips are offered for groups of ten or more only.
