Great introduction to whitewater. With a dam release for great flows, this is one of the more continuous with lots of little rapids on a beautiful river with clean water. When the dam releases water, the water temperature drops considerably and wet suits are recommended. All rafts are guided. Also, inflatable one-person boats with kayak guides are available.
