The excitement of whitewater rafting on the North Fork is surpassed only by its beauty. Free flowing and fed only by spring snow melt, the crystal clear whitewater zigzags down a narrow canyon where house size boulders squeeze the river to a mere 20 feet to form the Class lV+ "Chamberlain Falls" then accelerates into nearly continous pol and drop Class lV rapids. After the Class lV section, stop for lunch. While your guides prepare the food, you have a chance to explore Shirttail or Indian Creeks. After lunch more Class lll rapids almost to take-out.
