The Middle Fork is perfect for an adventure in a more remote and beautiful wilderness canyon with many rapids - ranging from Class II playful ones, several Class III and Class IV interesting and exciting rapids, to the awesome Class V Tunnel Chute! This river is for the adventuresome first-time rafter and experienced rafters ready for the next challenge. The overnight campsite is on the banks of the South Fork river with a large sandy beach.
Mariah Wilderness Expeditions invites you to camp at their new wilderness camp. (Dinner not included first night.) After breakfast, depart for the Middle Fork. You have a full day of rafting, afterwards returning to the riverside camp on the South Fork for a beautiful overnight camp-out.
The next morning after breakfast, raft the South Fork and get shuttle back to camp about 4:00pm.
