Kitchens are assembled, your tent is set up and your air mattress is waiting for you when you arrive. All camping gear is provided. The guide crew does all the camp work and cooking so you can relax. As their guest, you will experience food that goes beyond just stopping the rumbling in your stomach. All meals are skillfully prepared streamside by their staff. Winding Waters River Expeditions is renowned for their delectable, hearty, and healthy menu. Items like French toast, pancakes, fresh fruit and granola; scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy; hash browns and omelets to order; huevos rancheros; a side of fresh rainbow trout are commonplace on their trips. For dessert, enjoy a pineapple upside-down cake cooked in a Dutch oven. In addition to meals like these, they also cater to the needs of vegetarians and any others with special menu considerations.
