Float down the Wild & Scenic Skagit River through the North Cascades to have lunch and taste an array of locally grown wines at the Glacier Peak Winery. After lunch, return to the river with your wine to float through the Bald Eagle Natural Sanctuary, a 3,000-acre preserve that is home to bald eagles, osprey, elk, deer, beaver, and river otters. Boating and fine wines make the perfect day for family, friends, and business partners!
After the wine tasting, Blue Sky will heat up the grills. Always an important part of the trip, Blue Sky's food is one of the reasons guests come back year after year! Enjoy a Top Sirloin Steak BBQ, fresh salad, corn on the cob, french bread, and lemonade. This will nicely complement some of the deeper red wines at Glacier Peak, like their fantastic Syrah. Enjoy the Skagit scenery as Blue Sky does their classic barbecue!
