Reservation Policy
A $600 per person deposit is requested. The balance is due 60 days prior to your trip start date. You may pay your deposit by credit card, check or money wire. The balance is to be paid by check, or a 3% charge may be applied to credit card payment.
Cancellation Policy
Bio Bio reserves the right to cancel any trip due to inadequate sign-up and will inform you 45 days prior to the start date, in which case there will be a full refund. Otherwise, if you cancel before 120 days prior to your trip there will be a $300 fee charged. If you cancel from 120-60 days prior you forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 60 days prior to your trip start date, there is no refund.
