ARTA believes that a whitewater rafting trip is a journey into a profound, magical world where the forces of beauty and nature converge to provide a unique setting for adventure, discovery, and growth. They also believe that the more you understand this natural world, the further you will enjoy and safeguard it. They are a non-profit corporation and advance these beliefs by educating themselves and guests about the natural world, by donating a portion of their cash profits to environmental organizations, and by being ever vigilant for opportunities to let rivers work their magic on people.
Since 1963 ARTA has used these lessons to shape their business. For over 35 years their style has been simple, humble, and above all, natural. Their philosophy is deep, enduring and, of course, fluid. Simply put, they offer a wonderful, unique experience at a fair price.
