Your package price includes lodging and breakfast, transportation to and from all activities, snacks where indicated, and professional, safety-certified guides. Reservation Policy
Reservations for all programs will be confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the total cost. 100% of the program must be paid in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing to AlpinElite. A full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee per person, will be made for cancellations received 60 days or more before the first day of your package. A service charge of $200 per person will be retained if the cancellation is received within 60 days of the first day of your package. If a cancellation is received fewer than 15 days before the first day, they will refund up to 50%, minus all telephone expenses and hotel penalties. Refunds are not available for unused days or portions of your package.
