Parrot Head Party August 28!! Live entertainment! Best Costume wins a Free Raft Trip! Raft the next day and get 30% off!!

In 1973, Adventures-Mountain River was one of the first companies to launch its first whitewater rafting trip down the New River. From that time forward, they became America’s number one choice for a number of generations that have found that West Virginia provides an unparalleled setting when it comes to either extreme whitewater rafting, or simply spending quality time with family and friends.

It is with this in mind that their top-quality guides strive to provide history and knowledge of the river, and an incredible whitewater rafting experience with guests to ensure that they are provided with memories to last a lifetime for an adventure vacation that is truly unique. Accept their invitation to join them a world away from the daily grind and a ticket to a new millennium of FUN! They are certain that you'll find them to be your choice outfitter for natural entertainment!

An Industry Leader, Adventures-Mountain River was the first outfitter to require helmets for guests, the first to use rear-mounted oars, and the first to raft the Gauley River on a regular basis.
